Los Osos Auto Body repair did an amazing job on my truck and in a timely manner. I had the bumper replaced . I would highly recommend them. Also they give you a loaner car which is really a necessity around here .

For the most part I was happy with the work that was done on my car. However I’m not happy with the scratches on the front headlight lens. I was told the shop tried to buff out the foggy lens but ultimately it left me with a lens full of scratches. I tried to have Geico pay for a new light and lens but ultimately they denied my request. They told me to take it up with the body shop since they were the ones responsible for it. I wasn’t expecting it to look like it does. I was told it would cost $500 to replace. So I’m not happy with that!!

Travis was exceptional every step of the way with my AAA repair and some additional repairs. I asked them to do for me to pay separately. He is friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond and coordinated with a local shop to help clean up, my headlamp covers. Highly recommend!
