I was happy with my repair until my husband noticed the wrong door molding was put on my vehicle. The molding was a cheap replacement and did not have EXPLORER on it like the one on my driver's side! I'm not sure why original parts weren't ordered and replaced?

The part placed on my wheel well doesn't line up with the body lines and is wavy, not smooth. Owner says, he'll order another part & I need to go back. I personally would not have allowed tge vehicle off the property looking like that. I was reluctant but he assured me it will be fixed.

I have dealt with Lothar’s numerous times in the past years and have never as much had anything negative to say about them. If anything they represent an absolute amazing co and yes I have recommended many people to them in which they have all been positive about their experiences with them. Their work is just awesome and my present and past experiences have always been positive.
