Your office staff is very kind and courteous. They kept me informed and tried to help . The repair to the car looks like new. My only concern was 29 days iit took to accomplish but that was out of your control. I appreciate your efforts and am grateful it was completed before I would have had to turn in the rental and be without a vehicle. I believe your shop made it happen and thank you very much
