Overall it was a wonderful experience with 0 hiccups. My car was even sent where i got the vinyl wrap to get it rewrapped. To me that’s above and beyond service. It was detailed and waxed before return as well. Also they did an alignment. I feel like I’m in a new car. I can’t thank everyone enough and to be honest i wish they had a Facebook or Instagram, because I’m big on social media sharing to get names out there and i absolutely would do that for Luciano’s !

The hood was not seated correctly. The level to open inside was broken. Scrapes headlight. Grease added to latches, not the problem needed to be adjusted. Peeled paint on the hood scoop when removing and must have broken clips because they glued it in. Glue dripped and was not cleaned off scoop. Bubble in the paint on front of hood.

Not receptionists fault but paperwork was not ready when we arrived to pick up vehicle. Also I believe someone should have been available to physically go out and look over the repairs before we left the lot. I took pictures of everything that was done poorly.
