The repair that was needed was in April. We got it back in sept. 19 . , good thing we were able to drive it , but they had it for months waiting on parts . When we went to pick it up wasn’t ready said it was a different part they were waiting on. Change of managers , didn’t know what was happening or updated us! It wasn’t handled very well . We needed another car fixed too. A tow eye cap for our sportage . Told me they ordered it came in , then couldn’t find had to order another one. Poor service if u lose a part and making customer wait for another part. So I wasn’t very impressed with how this repairs on 2 vehicles were handled. It’s was since April for parts and kept changing the parts they needed and finally got it back in Sept. it was good it was able to be driven until july then they had it. Managers changed no updates really given on parts the day we weee to pick it up it was missing another part. Had our other vehicle there and they lost the part had to wait for another part to come in. 2 vehicles and 2 different problems not very satisfied how it was handled.
