I'm very appreciative of all the work done to my car, especially all of the pieces fixed that I didn't even know were broken. However, upon getting my car back and reviewing the efforts to fix my car they didn't fix the reason why I was there in the first place. I went there for a person who rear ended me and the extremely large dent in the back of the car and while looking at what was fixed they focused primarily on the front end of the car and the dent is still there. Again I'm appreciative of the work that was done but the problem I came in for wasn't fixed and I'm still upset to be driving around with a large dent in the back of my car. I only had communication from the autobody shop twice and I got a text saying they would send me status updates 2 days after I picked up my car and when I was called it was 30 minutes before they closed for the day. Could've had better communication if that is what you're advertising.
