I only chose 9 because I noticed 2 marks on my drivers side door that weren’t there when I dropped it off to be repaired. It’s a discoloration and feels gritty to the touch that won’t go away. The repair was beautiful and they did an amazing job!!!!

The repair was excellent minutes some alignment issues with the right rear tail light at the body. I really like the repair work that was done. But I hesitate to recommend Lund do to the poor communication during the repair, and the lackluster cleanup of the vehicle once the repairs were completed. It is a shame these are two areas that can easily be addressed.

Overall I felt that the timeline of events was not well communicated. I had to call in several times to get a status on the repair time. Also, the text message that linked to a website with the current status of the trust repair did not update. The date given came and went three times. Finally, it seems that my vehicle was left with the windows open for a prolonged period of time. There was dust and what looked to be dried up water spots all over the interior of the SUV. The rear area where the body work was done was especially dusty. There was no attempt at clean up at all after the repairs were completed. That vehicle was not detailed at all afterwards which was very disappointing.

The customer service was very good. When ever I did call in I got prompt and candid updates. It is just a shame it took me calling into get good service. And the ability to reach someone to talk to was hit or miss too.

This entire process has been extremely easy. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. Very convenient to have the rent a car already there When we dropped off our vehicle.
