There’s an issue with a light that’s on which I told the gentleman when I picked up the car. The car should’ve stayed there and they should have reviewed as to the issue now and they’re putting it on me to figure out why the light is one they had the car for a whole week? The light was never on. They tried to calibrate the sensors and now the sensors are off very dissatisfied.

I have already given my review of Lund Collision, as I stated, I was very unhappy with the gentleman by the name of Tony when I advised him that I had a light on in my car after they did the calibration and he left it up to me to figure out why it was on when I picked the vehicle up from his shop the light was on. I felt that his Customer Service was very, very poor and I will not go to him again. They have not even bother to reach out to me to see if I even resolved the situation I feel as though I had to cover it from my warranty, which got them off the hook so I feel they should pay me back my deductible.

Kevin said my passenger rear tire was replaced and it wasn’t and they charge the insurance company for it when I called to see if they would replace it as promised they would not definitely not a professional job very unprofessional to see the least. It’s too bad they couldn’t guarantee their work as promised and it’s in the repair bill that all work is guaranteed apparently that’s not the case so sorry that they couldn’t live up to that their end of the deal.

I was told they replaced my rear passenger tire. They charged Progressive Insurance for the replacement and they never replaced the tire so I am very dissatisfied as they are not trying to resolve the situation and replace the tire. This is this is poor Customer Service.
