I was treated extraordinarily well from the second I walked into the building, through the entire process, until I drove my car away. When I brought my car in, they had a rental ready for me. My check-in was easy and fast. Everyone was extraordinarily knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. I certainly appreciated this, especially since I had just been in a car accident. Obviously having your car in a repair shop isn’t the best scenario for anyone, but if I have to have my car in a shop, it would definitely be this one. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. The communication is top-notch. They finish the work before they estimated they would. My car looks absolutely beautiful. They did a tremendous job. I felt like they were very honest with me and made excellent choices about necessary repairs. My car looks beautiful and drives beautifully. I am 100% satisfied and very highly recommend them.

As far as I’m concerned, I don’t have to ever go anywhere else. I mean, hopefully I don’t have to have anything cosmetic done in my vehicle again, but if I did, I would certainly go there.

Everyone was absolutely terrific from the moment I walked into Lund collision. They were very accommodating and everything was lined up for my convenience. I came in. I dropped off my car, and they had a rental ready for me. The customer service is amazing. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. The circumstances that I went in there for was not pleasant, but the people and experience I had was. I was kept updated during the repairs and there was never a moment that I did not know what was going on. I did not have to reach out, they reached out to me regularly. My car was ready before I expected it to be. When I got there it looked absolutely beautiful. I’m beyond happy with it. They explained everything that they had to do. They were very honest, and I feel extraordinarily comfortable recommending them to anyone. I had a terrific experience.

Took almost an entire month to fix a fender bender. Never received any text updates that I signed up for. I had to call everyday for the status of my car and kept being told they need it one more day one more day. That went on for about two weeks of them saying one more day one more day. It was really inconvenient because I had to keep calling the car rental place daily and telling them I need one more day one more day. Then when I Finally got my car back when I got home I noticed there were identical scratching on both sides of my taillights from 1 person trying to put the bumper on instead of having a person on each side to carefully lift the bumper and put it on without scratching up my tail lights. Also never got my car detailed like everyone else was saying in their reviews. Will not be bringing my car here ever again for anything. Very unprofessional business.
