Great communication every step of the way. Kept me updated on my vehicles progress with texts and phone calls. I never felt in the dark. Truck looks brand new and the detailing was a nice surprise. I’m very happy. I know Lund does a ton of work in the area especially with insurance companies, and with that probably see hundreds and hundreds of faces a year, but when I walked in they knew my name without me saying anything. That was a nice touch. The little things go a long way.

The staff there were all super friendly and helpful! The timeline the estimator gave me for the car repairs was on point. I got my car back within 3 days! I was extremely pleased when I picked up my car! They washed it and cleaned/vacuumed the inside! I was very impressed. Highly recommend!
