Kevin said my passenger rear tire was replaced and it wasn’t and they charge the insurance company for it when I called to see if they would replace it as promised they would not definitely not a professional job very unprofessional to see the least. It’s too bad they couldn’t guarantee their work as promised and it’s in the repair bill that all work is guaranteed apparently that’s not the case so sorry that they couldn’t live up to that their end of the deal.

I was told they replaced my rear passenger tire. They charged Progressive Insurance for the replacement and they never replaced the tire so I am very dissatisfied as they are not trying to resolve the situation and replace the tire. This is this is poor Customer Service.

Lund was very responsive and professional. They had all the paperwork prepared and ready to go upon my arrival. They finished the repair to my car in less time than estimated. The car looks great.
