From the moment I dropped my car off they were right there to answer any questions I had when I left. I received text messages on everything that was happening to my car. When they told me that the pot would take five days I was fine with that they were honest and they really care about their customers. I had to go away the following week and told them to take their time and they were very great about that. I’ve been too many body shops but this one the workers and the reception they care about their customers and I love that I would recommend land collision to anyone thank you for everything you did to make my transaction easy and deal with the insurance company also and Rent-A-Car enterprise. Everyone is very friendly there.

My experience with this collision repair was unsatisfactory. It took three weeks to receive a replacement tire and rim, and when the vehicle was returned to me, the alignment was still off and the vehicle pulls to the left. Since then, I have made four separate calls to report the issue and request assistance, but I have not received a response or been given the opportunity to bring the vehicle back for correction. Communication throughout the repair process was extremely poor, which is especially disappointing given that this is a SWE shop. Based on my experience, there is a clear need for improvement in both the repair process and post-repair follow-up. To note one positive, everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. However, while that is appreciated, it does not resolve the repair concerns or improve the outcome of the service provided.
