They kept me well informed and we're very polite the car looks awesome make some shiny and sparkly made me happy to see it as I take care of my cars having an accident it's not what I ever plan on having but that's what happens that's very pleased with their work thank you.

I would have given a 10, however, they accidentally broke a window. So, it took more days to order a new one, receive it. & replace it. The repair looks wonderful though.

The quality of work was amazing. Mike was great at listening to my desires regarding how the money would be spent and then working up a plan that I liked. He was also really good to keep me in the loop every step of the way. The automated notifier could be improved though.
