My Experience

First, I want to thank the team for a job well done! I saw professionalism on the day I came in to drop off the car for repairs and the constant update on the progress of work was amazing. My appreciation goes to Joe L, the tech who did the job. On the day I came in, he took me to where the car was and showed me the areas that were marked to be worked on. He was so friendly and nice. After we greeted, he told me he would give me a call to let me know when it's done and he did today 9/3. Before today, I had received prior communication that the car would be ready on 9/8, so I was surprised when I got a call today that it was ready. It shows how your company the great employees like Joe, puts customers first. Service and delivery time was 💯/💯. People like Joe would make a customer come back for repair needs. Thank you Caliber
