I loved the way everyone kept me in the loop as how the work was progressing. Jorge was wonderful to work with. The work was done very well and even finished ahead of schedule. Very happy with Caliber and would certainly recommend them to what collision repair.

The overall process and customer service were great. The repairs were first rate as well. Only minor quibble I had was with my headlight not being fixed due to being classified as 'Haze' when there were clear scratch marks on it.

Repair Quality

The repair work itself was excellent, and even ordered the pinstripe to complete the finish. Annoyed that my headlight was clearly scratched and damaged in the hit and run, and despite my other headlight clearly showing no 'haze' the damaged headlight was not fixed because it was classified as 'haze'. The collision repair shop should be working for me, not the insurance company.

Good morning, Caliber. The repairs were completed very quickly, faster than I was expecting. I also wanted to thank you for returning the car completely clean, both inside and out. Excellent work on that as well. My only concern is that the back door that was repaired has an issue with the paint. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to schedule an appointment to correct that. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend your service to my friends and family.
