Job was completed fast and everything looks amazing!!!! Thank you so much for your thorough calibration of the cameras and getting everything working perfectly again!!! The only complaint is the perfume smell in the vehicle when we picked it up, don't know if it was sprayed in or was from test driving it? It was extremely strong and not a smell for a Cadillac Escalade or our noses. Everyone was amazingly friendly and great at there job! Will definitely go back for any and all body repairs needed in the future! The Ham Lake location has worked on 3 vehicles for us so far and all were repaired perfectly!!!!

Carlos went above and beyond. He found me specially made decals for my car because I wanted white ones. It was a really nice surprise when I came in to pick up my vehicle to see the white decals. He also kept me informed and answered all my questions and I was always really pleasant to talk to.

Every employee I encountered was very personable and knowledgeable. They provided clear communication regarding the process to repair my vehicle, and sent periodic updates on how the repair was proceeding. I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready considerably sooner than anticipated. I was treated with respect throughout the entire experience, and couldn't be more satisfied. And a final nice surprise: my vehicle was cleaned inside and out! I won't hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision in Ham Lake.
