During the process of reporting my accident and making the assignment to Caliber I received relentless calls every single day including weekends and holidays. I asked multiple times that they please stop calling since I was not ready to bring my vehicle in. The calls continued and they were robot calls that put me on hold as soon as I picked up and then half the time I would stay on hold for ten or 15 min and then it would hang up saying no one was available. On top of that some damages was written down as pre-existing when we specifically told them it was due to the accident. It was not repaired, now I have to rearrange another day, take off work early again to bring my car back in to have that damage fix. Overall if I could take my car someplace else in the future I would.

Richard ensured that I was updated with phone calls and text messages every step of the way. When insurance deemed one of our vehicles a total loss we were given the time to go through it and say goodbye. Some people will say it's just a car but the Caliber team understood that it's more than a car. Thank you for fixing one of our cars and allowing us grieve the other! Great job!
