Richard and the entire team were just fantastic! The quality of the work is stellar and every detail was attended to. From serving as a pick up and drop off site for Enterprise to answering questions, the process was as pain-free as possible. While I hope to not need their services anytime soon, it's great to know there is a trusted service partner right in my neighborhood.

These folks restored my Subaru to its pre-accident condition. It's truly as if nothing happened. They even helped in getting my new crossbars & bike rack back to pre-accident condition which was incredible. Scott and Justin kept me updated along the way and worked to ensure my Subaru was completed as quick as possible even with the amount of other cars they had to work to restore.

Not sure if I can trust the work on future vehicles of my own or friends and family members to be competed at Caliber Collision in Roseville MN.

Received a call on Wednesday saying the repairs were completed. Went to Caliber after work and found that the rear bumper wasn’t place on evenly, scratches from damage was missed, over spray from clear coat, and over spray from body paint. Service advisor said that said that over paint and over spray of clear coat can just be trimmed off and scratches were factory. I told him that would just trimming off and not correcting the problem cause paint peeling later on? Service advisor decided to keep vehicle to next day to address the errors. Received a call the following day and went after work to pick up the van. Outside work completed and errors addressed. Got home and noticed primer paint dusk in front of driver side and passenger side, all over the front. Decided to open the passenger doors and rear door only to find more primer paint dusk all over the seat. Called Cliber back to speak with Richard and was told we can just wipe it off and buy paint thinner to remove any over spray. Told Richard that these should have been seen by supervisor checking off on service teams jobs. Richard told to bring the van back on Friday. Friday, the van was brought back only for Richard to say that the dusk was already there and splash of white paint was from us. Justin came and review the concerns and brought the vehicle back for the service team to see and notice their mistakes. Service team admitted to the fact that they were busy from all the vehicles they have to work and missed the details needed. Appears doors were open during repairs and dusk and water splash got all over the inside vehicle. Service team cleaned but did not do a great job. I had to spend another two hours Friday evening vacuuming and having to purchase and clean the entire vehicle. Justin said that the dusk should be ok to breath as we breath it everyday but I told him would he be willing to drive off with his vehicle with the same mess and first his health and the health of his passengers. Even service team members wear face mask when working in dusk filled environments per OSHA when working with paint and primer. Richard didn’t seem to take any responsibility for the mistakes that was missed, even when the service team admitted to the fact that they missed it. I asked for the GM, Bryan’s contact number and they said they don’t know it. Satisfaction a 2 for the service team at least taking responsibility and admitting they rush and missed steps. Wondering now what else steps got skipped.
