Love Heppner’s except that my name is Barbara and not Richard. Richard did not bring the car in, sign the contract, pay the bill or pick/up the vehicle. It is unprofessional to keep sending text to Richard when I have told you previously your customer is Barbara, not Richard.

The time to completion estimate was right on! I appreciated the texts that let me know how far along the car was during the process. Everyone at the shop and on the phone were helpful/professional. We'll be back in the future if we need any Auto body/glass repairs!
