I didn't like the way the windshield was handled. It added unnecessary frustration to an already stressful situation. Necessary information should have been given immediately about vendor, before I filed the claim. Further, it felt like I was forced to do it your way, even though I have used Safelite many times to MY complete satisfaction. I'm the future I may just take my car to a totally different repair shop. The extra work and stress is a big negative!

Someone dug their finger nails into my driver's side door handle and tore the rubber up, they left a piece on the outer a-pillar, additionally my white leather interior has dirt and grime from dirty techs getting in and out of it...

Everything was great with the people I worked with and the repair was well done. The only thing I didn't like was the desk clerk asking me to rate Caliber a 10 out of 10. She said she would appreciate it. Feels like it doesn't give a fair rating when you ask your customers for a top rating. Not right.
