Overall great experience, except for one thing which is kind of a big deal. The day after I got my truck back I decided to change spark plugs and wires. When I got to the last spark plug number 8 I realized I needed to remove my front passenger tire to access it. Here lies the problem. I was surprised that the first few lug nuts came off relatively easy. But two of them are on there so tight they are impossible to break free with a tire iron even after leaving them soak for awhile. It is clear that the lug nuts were not torqued to spec. Kind of a big deal considering I would be stuck if I were to get a flat tire. I appreciate the great service overall up until then no issues and Luis was great to work with, but that was very frustrating.
