evidently someone had a medical issue that delayed the finish of my car. I wish I was called and notified instead of calling and finding out about the delay car was worth the wait and happy with end results.

For the quality of the work, yes! For driving my car to my house, yes! And although it's possible that every auto body shop is having problems finding workers and getting parts on time these days, I don't have any way to compare them to Classic Collision. But I would certainly tell a friend about the delays AND the high quality repair.

Mel did her best to keep me posted on the repair, but several times she gave me a date when my car was expected to be finished and the date would pass without any update until a couple days later. I got used to it and fortunately, after my car insurance stopped paying for the car rental I was either out of town or could borrow a car from someone else who was out of town. It took a long time to get my car back and I guess I would have appreciated a more realistic due date in the first place.
