This entire experience was 5-Star. I received efficient, professional communication and updates from the very first interaction. I was kept informed through the repair process. Danny at Lusamer was very thorough in explaining how the process worked, what the damage encompassed, how it would be repaired, where the parts would be sourced (OEM, from the dealer) and how long it would take. Further, Lusamer arranged for pickup and drop off with the rental car company. I was as inconvenienced as little as possible during this process. At the end, my car was returned in mint condition. Not only are the repairs perfect, my car is fully detailed. I highly recommend Lusamer for anyone in need of collision repair services.
