Unsure of how our tire got damaged while at the shop?

I was 100% satisfied with the repair. Unfortunately, when I picked my car up right at 5:30pm the’ low tire pressure’ light was on. I brought it in to check it out and there is a big screw/bolt in the tire. It is not patchable so now we need to buy 2 new tires. Now we have to pay over $600-1000 for an issue that wasn’t there when we dropped the car off.

I did ask that the chrome molding on my front driver and passenger doors be looked at, as it wasn't staying on. But it's still coming off so don't think it was looked at..
