Timely communication is poor. Didn't reinstall spare tire lock and left it in the bed of the truck. Closed tailgate with bed cover down. Cover needs to unlocked rolled back an inch or so, tailgate closed and cover clicked into place. They trapped gasket and could have bent cover or torn gasket. When shown the service mgr said they are all different. EXACTLY. Pay attention. Most popular bed cover sold by Radio not something unique.

Pulled the key cylinder for the spare tire lock. Put it in the bed of the truck just rolling around. Very lucky it didn't fall between the tailgate and the bed and damage either or both when closing the tailgate. Cover over lock is loose.

Communication we poor when trying to let me know that the truck was finished. First an email/text that truck could be finished in a couple of hours if I declined cleanup. I did.decline cleaning but that was sort of the end. Called and was told they would let me know when paperwork was finished, should be a couple of hours. No-one ever called back. Picked up next day.
