Never called once with an update. I had to call every time and when I was told I would receive a call back (numerous times) I never received a call. Terrible communication. Also, gave me my car back with a cracked windows and then tried to defer responsibility up until the insurance company and myself both provided proof the crack happened while at Luxe.

The only issue was the paint man caught the flu and he couldn't work on my car, naturally, and therefore I was two days late returning the rent a car - an additional $70 over the $250 deductible.

Was not satisfied with Luxe Auto Body repair shop. They had my vehicle for 2months for a minor fender dent. There was overspray all over my vehicle, dirt on my seats and told me that they were unable to complete my service because they didnt specialize in body kits instead of telling me up front and now having to take to another shop to complete it. The advisor kept making promises that he didnt keep. I would not recommend this repair shop and won't be returning
