Initially, I was not happy with the results when I picked up my car and as a result gave LUXE a very poor customer satisfaction review. However, when I talked to Carl and pointed out the areas I was not happy with, he encouraged me to bring my car back in and guaranteed that he would make sure all of my concerns would be taken care of. Carl is a man of his word. When I picked up my car the second time around, I was extremely happy with the results. Carl made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of, which I much appreciated. In fact he gained my trust in LUXE , so much so, that I'm bringing my car back to have a new area on my car refinished and painted.

Missing parts, poor fit, poor finish in some areas, over spray not cleaned off, chipped paint on corner, chafing due to poor for fit, broken back seat latching mechanism

Nice guy, but he tried to convince me that the over spray was just dirt that could easily be wiped off. Not!

Over estimated in order to rip off insurance there fore having my vehicle as a total loss said 13k original estimate then offered to fix for 8k if I didn't go Thur insurance if you could have fixed it for 8k initially I would not have to salvage my vehicle rip off

Car body work was done but it was not working, head light and ac cannot turned off. To fix it the sent me to auto electric repair shop, it gave me estimate of upto $1,600. All this time I was force to keep car running which cost me thankful gas. After that there was a mechanic who without knowing disconnected my viper remote starter and security. And send me home with instructions to disconnected battery to stop car and connect back to start. And car without head lights. Which I can't use at night. The problem was started with passenger side head light they replaced which caused shortout control box. That box costs $500 and not available. And will require to re connect Viper security system.

The interior was very dirty with footprints, dust, carboard, and white paint.. Some white paint won't come off.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Repair was done quickly. Pick up process was smooth. But the pain job was not done correctly. The inner passenger side door was not fully painted. Too many trash and white paint spots or white powder inside and outside the vehicle. They helped cleaning some spots, but I can't keep going back to fix all the paints
