My tech, Amber was amazing. She made sure I was able to get an appointment quickly after my claim came through. She stayed in close contact throughout the process, and even took time to ensure my car was in quality condition before releasing it back to me: Amber does phenomenal no matter where she’s at, and she is an invaluable employee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually leave reviews, but Brittany and Amber DESERVE this one. Absolute legends. From start to finish, they ran this body shop like a well-oiled machine. Communication? Impeccable. Professionalism? Off the charts. Stress level? Nonexistent—because they handled everything. My car came back looking so good I had to double-check it was actually mine. Brittany and Amber kept me updated, answered every question before I even asked it, and made what’s usually a nightmare process feel effortless. If excellence had names, it would be Brittany and Amber. This shop is lucky to have them, and if you’re smart, you’ll make sure they’re the ones handling your repair. 10/10. No notes. Would trust them with my car, my time, and my sanity again.

I had a Great Experience with Luxury Auto Body. My vehicle turned out beautiful and everything looked great. Amber & Brittany did an Excellent job of keeping me posted every few days of the status of my vehicle. They definitely were Professional and on top of everything. I will definitely recommend Luxury Auto Body to other people in the future. All three businesses that I dealt with were definitely on the same page (Luxury Auto Body, State Farm Insurance, and Enterprise Rent a Car). The experience I had was very smooth and I think everyone for their efforts.
