I had a great experience with M&L Auto Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and made the entire process way smoother than I expected. What really stood out to me was how much they actually care about the work they do. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy to deal with. Huge shoutout to Fred for the work he did on my car—you can tell he takes pride in what he does because my vehicle came out looking as good as new. Bill, the owner, was also great and clearly runs a solid shop with a strong team behind him. And Kareen at the front desk was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and made a great first impression from the moment I walked in. The quality, the service, and the overall experience were all top tier. You can really tell this is a team that values both craftsmanship and customer care.
