The customer service is outstanding. From listening to concerns and answering questions to driving me home across town when I dropped my car off. They asked me if I needed a ride home. I did not have to ask or beg for this service. They also kept me up to date through text of the progress of the repair. I did not need to call or wonder what was going on.

M&M body did an excellent job on my repair and I was blown away with how my car turned out. I was given updates regularly and when I had questions about the repair, I was contacted pretty promptly. I fell in love with my car all over again and the newly applied paint looks so fresh and clean that its looking precise, simply put, gorgeous. My dusty metallic black wheels came back to life, so overall, I was impressed

No I was assured by the other party that m&m was a trustworthy company but I was bamboozled and fooled. I would not trust them with putting gas in my car.

Basic repairs were not done. My driver side rear view mirror encasing was not replaced and the mirror is scratched. The automatic button for my trunk is not aligned and does not close any longer or respond to any touch. And my car SHAKES VIOLENTLY if I go above 35mph. The accident my car was involved in was not my fault, thank god— and they charged the other party upwards of $7,000. They did a horrible job and their quality of service is not worthy of even one star.
