Instructions were not given to me on how to care for my new windshield I had to call the installer. Windows were rolled completely up and should not have been. Caused a rattling in the windshield unsure if it is a long term effect or temporary. Tim was very helpful and accommodating.

I am so very grateful that your shop was where Allstate sent me. As a new widow, I was completely overwhelmed on what steps I needed to take, what questions I needed to ask, and how the timing on the repairs worked. Being sent updates every day was not only helpful, it helped me realize how professional you were and reassuried me as to the timeline of repairs and how much was finished day by day. I cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone. You guys rock!

I am not exactly sure how to word this but as a new widow, these guys were enormously helpful as I did not know what the heck I was doing. I was in a world of confusion as to what and how I was going to get my damaged Rav fixed. Not only did they help me by calling the car rental place to pick me up, but DAILY they sent me emails on the progress of the repairs. I knew ahead of time on how much was the cost, where they were at in the repairs and when my car was going to be ready. I cannot recommend M and M Body enough. If you want honest, helpful, and trustworthy people to repair your car, THIS IS THE PLACE! If I could give them a 100, I would. I have no idea what othe auto repair places do, but this place was incredible and I highly, highly recommend them.
