Nice office staff good body work, but unkept promises & dishonesty.

My car was driven to my home from M&M body llc with the promise of being completely repaired. It looks great but I have not been able to drive it past my house. Because when I put the car in drive on my inclined driveway the vehicle rolls backwards as if I had put it into reverse. I do not feel safe driving my car.

Very friendly. But, I was called on Thursday the 15th and was told my car would be done by the next morning. When I went to M&M on Friday morning the 16th my car was not done. I was then told it would be done between 12:30 and 1pm. With the promise that my car would be ready in time for me to go to work. I paid M&M body. At 12:10 I was told that a check engine & transmission light were unclearable diagnostic codes in my car & M&M sent my car to Fiat that day they said. When I signed the receipt & looked at the invoice there was nothing about any diagnostic codes. At about 4pm on the 21st my car was driven to my home with the promise that all of the repairs were done. My car rolls backwards when in drive on an incline. I got a new invoice with the check engine & transmission codes as my only diagnostic issues. When M&M towed my car on the 5th my dashboard had 5 diagnostic issues ESC unavailable Hill Holder unavailable DST not available check engine light & check transmission. I also told Marcos at M&M body about those codes prior to towing my car on the 5th. Those codes had been there since the accident on 01/31. I have never seen or been given a comprehensive list of all the diagnostic codes that were found in my car. I've only been told that all the codes have been cleared. I currently feel unsafe driving my car.
