I have not been involved in an accident or had to go to an auto body shop in over 25 years. So after my vehicle was hit, I had no idea where to go and I asked a friend who suggested I take my vehicle to M and N Auto. I am so happy I listened to him. From the moment I arrived they were awesome! At the office I was greeted by Edith and Kate. They were so friendly and accommodating. Edith took all my info and called the insurance company to file my claim on my behalf. It was one of the most quickest and easiest things I ever did. They even got me a rental car while my car was being repaired. I had a few questions about the actual repair process of my vehicle and Kate immediately called and introduced me to the manager Anton who was a gentleman and took his time to answer all my questions in regards to the repairs of my vehicle. Before I knew it Kate called me to tell me my vehicle was inspected by the insurance company and they would begin repairs. She said she would update me if anything changed. About a week later Kate called to let me know my vehicle repairs were complete and I can pick it up. When I arrived the next day I saw my vehicle at the front of the shop looking like the day I bought it new. As I entered the office Edith and Kate again greeted me warmly. I almost felt like family. I waited a few minutes and confirmed they had received payment from the insurance company and then Anton came and walked me out to my vehicle and went over my vehicle with me and made sure I was happy with the results. I was more than happy. I was in love with my car again and I owe it all to M and N Auto and their awesome office staff and repair guys. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with mnshop after being in a big car accident. They took very good care of everything from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. My Nissan Murano looks like new now . I highly recommend mnshop to anyone who needs any help with their cars!!!
