M&S got my repairs done quick and my vehicle looks as good as new. They kept me updated along the way and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. They also took care of my rental car arrangements. I'll definitely be coming back to them if I ever need a body shop again.

First, Each one of YOU have touched us in positive assisting ways. When one is in an accident of whatever variety it brings challenging energies to ones life (especially being retired & on fixed incomes), like ; insurance,towing, rental, repair, phone calls & etc....The A Team @M&S touched the wife & I in encouraging & very hopeful ways....Our 1st contact was w/ Eric & then Roger & then Rachel & Brian. Rachel's positive ways confirmed we made the correct decision to go w/ M&S....This is our 1st experience w/ M&S ....Rachel kept us informed/updated through phone calls & e mails. Very proficient....When the wife & I drove to pick up our car & we were so touched by how we were treated....Wow!!!! Rachel is a spark plug of enthusiasm....We even could drop our rental car off at M & S. We saw a blemish on the car that had nothing to do with the accident & Rachel & Eric put on the Super Hero Capes & took care of it with smiles on their faces....To be honest, it was like we were with family.... M & S from the "get go" were a Class Act. Early on in this process I wrote Rachel how wonderful we were being treated by her with all her informative updates. They took care of our Enterprise Rental car & our car looked just fabulous. The employees we met were very friendly on the phone & in person. Again, Rachel was so helpful throughout this process. On picking up our vehicle Rachel &Eric went way beyond the call to explain everything.
