Our experience with M&S was OUTSTANDING ‼️We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the quality of the repairs. We will be sending out recommendations to everyone in our contact list. We will give you an absolutely fantastic and over the moon recommendation to everyone we know. In fact we will print glossy color flyers and hand them Out to strangers on the street in front of the Preble County Courthouse. It is our goal to make sure everyone in Preble County knows about the Quality of work M&S does here in Eaton. We can't say enough about M&S. Rachel is so nice and sweet and takes her time with every little detail from beginning to end. We love running into her and Brian here in Eaton at Lunch time in all the popular places to eat. She is so friendly and always takes a minute to say Hi. Now Brian he's a little more reserved but Man is he a heck of a guy. He knows his Body Work. He can Buff out a new paint job like no other. What a great crew of people and a wonderful experience every time we wreck our car. If you need your car fixed by all means use M&S Body Shop right here in Eaton Ohio. Rachel is a credit to the business. I was having trouble getting a rental car as in I was told there were no rental cars. I contacted Rachel explaining what was going on. She said she would take care of it and if I don’t hear from her, everything would be good.. Moments later, I received a call for an enterprise who now has a rental available. Rachel is very knowledgeable with the job explaining the entire process, once I picked up my vehicle, the work done by M&S it was perfect.
