I recently had my car serviced by Adam. The service was good, but their customer service was lacking. I submitted my car on Monday and was informed that it would be ready by Wednesday. However, I didn’t receive it until the following Monday due to a delay in receiving a part. When I finally got my car, they unexpectedly increased my final payment by $75.28. This was because they hadn’t informed me that the part would be more expensive. Despite receiving a refund, they still owe me $17.47.

This was actually my first experience with a collision repair center.The dude that was doing the estimate said on the first estimate he would put my parts on and paint the hole car for 3300 $.But when I drop the car off He had to write another estimate cause they didn't want to do a little body.Anyway my Hood latch won't release and I cannot get the hood open. There's a small crease and paint chip on the passenger side front door that was not there prior to dropping off the car and they didn't straighten out the section behind the left headlight causing the front left tire to rub the inside fender well.just was not a professional job at all.they did match the paint and paint the fenders really good

Quality of exterior paint job appears to be good. Prep seems to have been good. Clean up was not complete. There was quite a bit of white paint dust on the black interior of the car. Door jams.

When I picked up my truck it is a new one with the blue wrap on it. So now passenger side is blue with Ecolab on the door. Drivers side is white. As I drove home the drivers side brake light, turn signal , and tail light don’t work. I can’t drive my service vehicle like that so I take it to a local shop to get the bulb changed. You have to remove the utility box to change the bulbs. So had to contact another garage make an appointment to remove the bed to replace bulbs, for next Wednesday. Also emergency brake cable is hanging very low. Contacted the body shop told them about these problems. They said they didn’t drive the vehicle so they didn’t know about these problems. And they don’t do wraps.
