My requests have not been satisfied, My side window moldings have not been fixed. My front bumper scoop have not been fixed. I requested a black strip on the top of the vehicle and I was told that that wasn't on my initial quote.

Maaco was recommended by two friends. It was probably a good value, but next time I would spend extra for a more quality result.

John was very nice. He gave the estimate and was there when I returned dissatisfied. He recognized the problem and wanted to make it right. Adam and Alex gave a little you got what you paid for attitude (Maybe I did). I guess I expected the paint to look at least as good as the 10 year old original paint.

In my case I feel like I got what I paid for. I'll tell others the same as sometimes it's just not worth paying at or near top dollar to have a vehicle repaired that's seen it's better days.

The paint job was a great improvement, but there are quite a few pits in the paint almost like little bubbles that popped. They also didn't mask my hood scoop properly and there is overspray on the vinyl. I had asked for that to be removed when painting, so that's frustrating. There are also some wavy panels that I thought were going to be fixed, but they are still a little out of spec.

No paint chips were repaired. I specifically asked that the tailgate be repaired and it was overlooked. They price jumped me because they "had to remove doors". Didn't put rubber trim back in its original location, left trash in my truck. Paint quality is fair. I will not be returning.
