Bad experience, vehicle was not what I expected but will live with and I only took it because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore.

No repairs were done, but the paint was the wrong color, they didn’t tape off the parts of the car that wasn’t getting painted, so I have two different passing colors on my vehicle.

The lady and the gentleman in the front office were both very personable and helpful with needed information about the Maaco car painting process painting. However, on the day of pick up, I expected the one of the managers to do a walk around along with me of the freshly painted vehicle to make certain that I, the customer, was satisfied with the final product and to address any issues, if any before I drive away. Basically I was just given the keys and told thank you. Before driving away I did a walk around of the vehicle by myself and found 2 very obvious issues where paint was transferred by what appeared to be finger prints onto the black vinyl tape around both rear passenger windows.
