they kept the truck for over a month they return it.. and the bondo repair was cracked.. they had to come pick it back up and repair thier repair...so we loose the rental income for another month

I would have given a 10 if the truck was cleaned as well as it was the after I sent it back to be redone. They did make good on the job and did it in one day. That counts for something.

There is still some small dents on the truck that they didn’t fix. Also after I got home and started really checking the paint job out I found a couple of paint blobs on it. I paid for all of the dents and dings to be taken care of.
