The repairs on the outside look great, but the truck is running horribly. Its making a loud noise when transitioning from park to reverse or drive. When in drive, it feels and sounds like the vehicle is in over drive, like the engine is straining to move. Its also jerks hard when I give it gas, and sometimes when I apply pressure on the brakes. My vehicle was still running in excellent condition before the repairs. Also very dissatisfied with the replaced steering wheel, looks like one from an older model. I will be contacting you all tomorrow to see how and if this problem can be fixed.

The service was top notch - I just have one small area of concern - I was informed by the employee who informed me my car was ready that the Reed st location would return my rental car for me, so I drove myself to pick up my car under this pretense. I was informed by the front desk employee that only the NJ locations provide this service. I needed to leave my rental and return for it the next day.
