Taylor, Chris were most immediate to my overall experience. Another few Team members were certainly involved (Monday AM and on the shop and mechanics side, too). Great preliminary conversation on phone with Chris, came in and got an estimate on Thursday afternoon, and since we handled this claim out of pocket, the parts were ordered promptly, rec'd and prepped before I brought my vehicle in for service and repair on Monday morning. I got my car back before end of Business ON MONDAY. This kind of care and turnaround doesn't seem possible, but Rocco's, you all impressed me and my wife tremendously and took great care of our vehicle. You've our gratitude and our business, should we ever need you again.

The first time they called me to let me know my car was ready, the driver's side window got stuck so I had to leave the car with them for two more days. When I came back, the window still wasn't fixed and they had left all of the dirty, broken parts in the back of my car. The window still needs addressed but I do not trust Rocco's to take care of it so I'll be taking my car somewhere else.
