Robert is a great man to work with, without a doubt. I am more displeased with the idea to repair vs replace in the first place. Replacing the panel on my vehicle would have had the quickest turnaround time and probably the cost effective option (maybe not, what do I know). There was also the damage done to my vehicle after being dropped off. We confirmed with photos taken the day it was dropped off that the damage was done on their watch in the parking lot (most likely). This added days to the repair schedule. Robert made it right and repaired it "on the house" but my repair bill still came out to $3.8k for a basketball-sized dent in a quarter panel. I understand the cost for these repairs has fluctuated in the recent past, but I plan to review what contributed to this final bill price. Robert was quite generous to include an out-of-pocket repair which I can't thank him enough for. Since paint was already being used, he repaired a deep scratch and small dent on the lift gate for a few hundred dollars extra on top of my deductible. Really appreciate the flexibility Robert and Maaco provided on that. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a singular spot that seemed to be scratched. I know it wasn't there before the repairs, but I don't have a picture to prove it, so I assume it happened while repairing the lift gate. Overall, I am skeptical to return if some of these concerns are not addressed. I don't like exchanging one scratch for another and having a large bill at the end that my insurance has to pay for. Ultimately this all affects me in the end. The actual repairs seem to be well done, but I am yet to test the spot with a magnet (something I was told to check). When I picked up the car it was washed and seemed to be cleaned inside. Even got some tire shine, so the presentation was there for pickup.

I cannot express how thankful I was to get in! I shattered my back window and they were able to get me in when other shops were telling me I'd have to wait weeks just to be seen. Robert was friendly and I completely trusted him with my vehicle. I would recommend them to everyone!
