My team leader, Tom Matthew's, explained everything to me in detail. The two times I was in the office, I was offered refreshments while said details were outlined and categorized. I was also assisted in securing a rental and help with its return. Tom also inspected and corrected other detail that I missed. I am totally satisfied.
