Prompt service with good follow through. Kept aware of the progress with the vehicle. Only thing was the service charge for using my credit card to pay the bill. Both times I was charged . Prior to getting the work started and at the end to close out the split bill. Your customer service representative was helpful, kind and very good at taking care of her customers!
