Car dusty when picked up deterring a detailed inspection; small paint bubble on front edge of hood where chipped paint repair was done; tiny sporadic granules underneath paint over car; overspray paint drip on front passenger side of car; overall not as shiny as expected although was told car would have 3 gloss coats. Somehow water got into front door panels causing both front door logo lights to peel/disfigure... had to replace. MAACO Jonesboro painted my SUV several months ago. I was very pleased with the finish so I returned with my BMW and was overall disappointed with the finish.

First of all, I would say thank you for the kind stuff at Maaco. I never see someone who is so respectful understanding. I don’t know how to put it in words, but they are the most handsome people at Maaco. They treat me like I was somebody I don’t know how to say what they do. An awesome job. Thank you again.

I’m never coming back and the lady that works there is very nice and helpful and she made sure I was ok.. but the work that was done on my car was bad and I’m never coming back there and I want recommend you guys.. and I’m leaving a bad review thanks for the bad service on my car

After taking the car back several times the work done in my car is not right. My wife pick up the car one last time today 4/17/2023 the front bumper has some paint transfer from another car or something. One of the headlights is broken and the car hood and fenders are not even.

The shop manager and his wife were awesome. They helped me out with everything. The job was completed sooner than expected and looks great. They all did a fantastic job. We are from Tallahassee, Fl, and they treated us like family.
