Poor communication, several deadlines missed. After sending an email with pictures of the issue I had with the work, Chris walked around and took better pictures of what needed to be done and missed three of the 6 issues to be addressed. I am requesting an itemized bill be sent to [email protected] of the rework that was done, the current one that I received has fraudulent charges on it of parts not purchased. A discussion needs to be had because I am not sure the taillights were both damaged prior to Maaco disassembling them and the pictures previously submitted shows the chips in the lenses were not present. The reassembly of the rear gate was done so poorly that after I went to a car wash the whole back interior was drenched to poor assembly of the gasket. I will be submitting an itemized complaint with all issues.

The work completed was good. The communication of the scope of work was horrible. To the point I had to bring the truck back after sending an email for the missed work. Then the manager took new pictures of the work that needed to be done and still did not complete it. I also have charges for replaced parts that i am sure were damaged now when disassembling and charges for new parts that i did not recieve. I am told the cost of the part I did not recieve was rolled into the work that was done the second time, but a new itemized bill was not submitted. The assembly of the back gate was done incorrectly the second time and when going through the car wash my back end was drenched. I had to reassemble the gasket for the back gate and actually click in the interior trim because it was not done correctly. I will be working on a formal complaint with pictures this weekend, but the list is so long of issues I have to wait to have free time to formalize and submit. Please send me an itemized bill to [email protected] so I may proceed with my formal complaint. If I use the original one that I received when I paid, it will have fraudulent charges on it.

Very personable, but hard to get commitment dates out of anyone. Then when I do, they do not meet the deadline and do not call to notify of changes or issues that came up. This will be outlined in formal complaint.

Due to having to come back multiple times to get things corrected and finally just stopped trying. I am very unlikely to recommend people to go there due to the lack of detail of doing the job on my car

They were did everything that was on my quote. However, I had to go back multiple times to get it done properly. Just recently, I had to go back to get my "new" rim installed. The "new" was not installed and was in my truck. I just took them rim and I am going to another place to installed it.

Actual work done was not even close to what was quoted. I was quoted a change of color with removing windshield and two rear windows. What I actually got was a touch up of the same color without removing any windows. Plus the “Honda” emblem and the “4WD” emblem were removed from the rear door and not put back on. Not happy. I do not want a representative calling me. We already had all the discussion I care to have with them.

Maaco did not honor their estimate. I made a special trip down to Menominee Falls for them to see my truck and give me an estimate. They couldn’t honor the estimate to change the color of my truck. In fact the price more than doubled. They ended up just touching up the paint at the cost of their original estimate. Very disappointed.

Overall the repair was ok. However, the rear quarter panel of me vehicle was completely scratched up because they said they removed the compound access compound from my vehicle.. now I have scratches all over my the rear quarter panel.. bringing it back today so they can fix that

Katlynn has been very pleasant and helpful . I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of promptness of completing of the job . Been given several timelines to complete the job , none of which have been met . I have other work on other vehicles to be done but I am very skeptical .

Having head to leave the vehicle considerably longer than First indicated as created a serious inconvenience. I have other vehicles I was considering having work done on, but I am now very skeptical to do so.
