Yes, absolutely. I’m willing to put my name on you guys. Besides all the other positive aspects of working with you, your bid was lower than the competition. Also, unbeknownst to us when we selected you, a friend has used you in the past and spoke highly of you. My only negative comment is a comment on the industry and not 1Collision. Both you and another repair shop estimated a charge for calibrating the sensors, an item that Lexus apparently lists as a “must do” item. The body shop owner we have trusted for 30 years back home said this work was unnecessary. So even though Lexus lists this item, it feels like it’s an industry practice to cushion a bid by adding this item. In the end you reduced the cost of calibrating which we very much appreciated. Given all other aspects of our experience, we will not hesitate to work with you again.

Nicole was instrumental in getting us a rental car that exceeded our expectations when the first car proved to be unacceptable. And Jim introduced himself and made us feel like we were important. Due to high humidity, a touch up to the back end of my car did not dry properly. They came out and told me right away. They were not satisfied with it and I shouldn’t be either. They asked me to return and I was happy I did. A week later everything turned out great.

My car needed repair work on the rear bumper and tailgate hatch due to be hit in a parking lot. On a very humid day, it was touched up at 1Collision. The office manager and repair man came out to tell me they were not satisfied with how it turned out because of the weather that day. I understand that completely as my husband repaired furniture and would never spray or paint on a humid day. They hoped I would bring it back for them to do properly. I did one week later and it turned out perfect. This was the first time I have gone there, but I will go back again. I’m sure if needed.
