Zero communication. I had to call several times to find out the progress. I was told to pick up my vehicle after 3pm got there at 3:45pm and was told they needed another hour. I confirmed with the lady they would still be there because it was close to close and she assured me they would be there. I got there at 4:45pm all the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Rushed home to get my kids then received a call from Jason at 630pm asking if I could be there in 10. When I arrived he was still waxing and washing my car. The spot still needs to be buffed more because it looks bad. Had he just called me and said I need an extra day it would be fine but he and his front office person lied to me several times I wasted a half day of PTO and had to drag my three kids out at 630 at night. I will be posting my experience on Google it was awful and I will never recommend this company.

Cars bumper wasn't completely lined up leaving un even cracks, completely missing grill peice and glue was not sanded off from body panels. Also I've been texted at least 10 times to fill out this review. Please leave me alone.

Great work.in a timely manner..Receptionists and billing clerk woman very polite and helpful. Service manager provided great service and the back and forth communication was great also. ALSO I liked the updates that were sent out. I have friends needing body work, I will send business your way. As i work for the Milwaukee County Government and around quite a few people. I have someone who will be calling in next day . Needing front drivers Side fender work. Name Calvin.
