As I stated the repair was great no complaints about the repair just need to take better care of the customer's vehicle and clean up their mess when their done with the repairs.

I rated it an 8 because they did a awesome job on my repair but there was things that could have been taken care of on my SUV it had minor scratches inside and out they didn’t clean are should I say wipe it down it was very dusty and stuff was all over the place but over all the repair was awesome just need to be more mindful of the customer vehicle and to take better care of it.

Melody was great she kept me informed of what was going on with the repair and when it was expected to be completed. I think she did a great job, but I’m not sure it’s her responsibility are not to make sure the customer vehicle doesn’t have scratches and is cleaned and ready to go but what I can say is when I told her about how dirty, dusty and the scratches she did wipe it down to take some of the dust out of my vehicle, so I appreciate her for that all she did.

The vehicle went into your shop with hail damage it came out with additional mileage that would be more than what would be considered normal use for shop it came out with over 2600 miles on it extra I mentioned an oil change that was not done
