Everyone at Mackin’s treated me as if I was the most important customer of the year. Angela Gendron, in particular, took very good care of me and explained every bit of the repair process and educated me about damage when a deer and a car meet. The Mackin’s team completed the repair in 7 days which completely astonished me. The communication with my insurance company was fast and painless. Mackin’s pretty much took care of everything and reduced my stress by a considerable degree. I picked my car up today and it looked beautiful. Everything was repaired and working again, dents were gone, and pieces that were hanging off the car were put back in place. The best thing is they took care of a DIY repair I did years ago (I was hoping they weren’t going to notice it) and you cannot tell that anything ever happened there. They professionally fixed my kludgy repair. I was happily surprised and very grateful. 10/10 experience at Mackin’s. I will be recommended them to anyone who asks. And Angela, thank you for taking very good care of me. I never worried at all.

From the moment I spoke with Darrell on the phone to see if Mackin's was the right shop to repair my damaged vehicle, I knew I was in good hands. From my first conversation with him, to Angela keeping me informed throughout the repair process, to picking up my beautifully repaired vehicle, I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Angela kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and patiently answered my questions about the insurance process, which gave me great peace of mind. When my vehicle first arrived, Darrell took the time to meet with me personally to discuss the damage and explain the repair process. I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. I was very grateful to have my car done at Mackin's Auto Body. From the moment that I talk to Darrel on the phone to see if they would be the right match for me, to the moment my Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum 2018 repairs were completed, I can say nothing but positive things about this company. Working with them help decrease my stress after being involved in an accident. Every question that I had they answered patiently and clearly which really helped the stress that I was feeling about having my vehicle repaired. I had taken my vehicle prior, when it had some damages to a different body shop, that I cannot say I felt very positive about. But Mackin's Auto Body help me regain my confidence that my vehicle would be taken care of correctly. The job itself looks good. However there was damage to vehicle while in the shop. The switch for the mirrors was broken and I also found paint chips on the hood that we're not there before. Since I purchased the vehicle and no one else has touched it. Has not been through any car washes with rollers or anything.

Not only does the paint job look perfect, but everything was reassembled so well that you can’t even tell that pieces had to be taken apart. I was impressed that you changed both handle protectors on both doors on the drivers side so that they would match and no one could tell that one had to be replaced while the other did not. I was impressed with the friendly and quick service and how well I was kept informed on the progress of my car. The icing on the cake however was what a beautiful detail job you did to my car. I am very particular about how how clean my car is and was amazed, and how much work you put into making sure that it was detailed and very clean. I have already recommended you to several of my friends.
