Pretty great but didn’t get the updates I was told I’d get every Wednesday and would have preferred an honest estimation of completion date instead of a best scenario estimate and then it changing over and over.

Repairs were done very well. Very satisfied. Only complaint would be that it took 3 weeks and obviously I don't know how long it would normally take to do this kind of repair. But again the repair was very good 👍

I was told it would take a week or two. We got our car back in week 6. There was never an apology or an explanation until I sent an email outlining my thoughts. Then people were concerned.

Wow!!!!! Emmert's did a wonderful job! Even to buff out other scratches and scrapes was going above and beyond! The tailgate looks brand new! To see the car so shiny at night was one thing... to see it the next morning was mind blowing! The detailing was equally as awesome given what we've put he car through between moving, dogs, and camping. And the staff? Outstanding! They and Enterprise's were on it before we left our insurance agent's parking lot across the street! Many many thanks! God bless Emmert's and Enterprise!! Martin and Dawna kennedy

Estimate changed 4 times. 3 after dismantling. From first to last estimate it almost doubled in cost. I paid for the dismantling and took my vehicle elsewhere and got a much better offer of price. Exact same parts minus te one I didn't need and you wanted to charge me for and labor to not put it in.

He is a very nice person and probably had good intentions but me seeing how much wiggle room you have in pricing an estimate I feel things were just thrown on it to add to the cost and removed on others
